We offer shipping in the United States from Henderson, Nevada, via Priority Mail or Priority Expedited Mail through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been processed, and we recommend that you retain this email in your records until the order is received.
Most orders are processed, carefully packed, and shipped within 72 hours. Our products are created in small batches to keep them fresh, so we thank you for your patience. You will be notified if there is a longer shipping delay. As advertised, custom orders may take several days or weeks to process.
Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipments represent the actual time in transit on business days only. The delivery time is estimated by the carrier and not guaranteed. The delivery time does not include the time taken to process and fulfill your order and should only be used as a transit average.
If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping or address correction fee charged by the carrier. If the customer refuses the shipment, the order is subject to all shipping charges and a restocking fee.
It’s important to us that you are delighted with our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products, please contact us immediately, so we may assist you.
We’ll gladly exchange or offer a full-refund for standard products that are returned unopened and unused. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees to return items to MADE and/or receive exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are unsatisfied with a product that has been opened and/or used, or a custom product, we will happily work with you to troubleshoot the problem. Due to the nature of custom products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any custom orders. Please retain the item(s) until we have worked together to resolve the issue. Failure to keep the item(s) will negate the possibility of an exchange or a full/partial refund.
Gift certificates and samples are non-refundable.
For items that have been damaged in shipping, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please keep the damaged item(s), all packaging, and the packing slip so we may file an insurance claim on your behalf. Due to insurance policies, we cannot replace the item(s) if these things have not been kept.
MADE never collects sensitive financial information. We use PayPal to process orders. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.
